Our Story

TriDoc Inc. is a family operated business that started in 1994.  We build approximately 12-16 homes per year in the Massillon Canton area of Stark County Ohio.  This volume permits the close attention to detail and personal service that TriDoc is known for.   All clients work directly with the President- Dave "Doc" Daugherty.
Dave Daugherty holds a civil engineering degree from the University of Akron and is also a licensed realtor in the state of Ohio.  Some of Dave's previous experience before TriDoc includes:

• Ruhlin Construction Company [Major bridgework, highway, soil testing, etc.]
  
  
• Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. [Resident Engineer on multi-million dollar plant expansions nationwide]
  
  
• Summa Health Systems (Akron City Hospital/St. Thomas Hospital) [Director of Facilities Construction responsible for all new construction and renovations.]

Dave is also a partner in various real estate ventures where he has gained considerable experience in the purchasing of commercial land, rezoning of land through city planning commissions as well as building and managing commercial buildings and apartment complexes.   He has also developed two residential developments consisting of over 110 building sites. 

At TriDoc, Dave is responsible for all the office, field, and scheduling activities and will be your primary contact.  He is highly motivated to build you a quality home.
