Isn’t it hard to imagine all the decisions in building house? It seems overwhelming. However, working with TriDoc will make the process very organized and smooth. Here is how to get started and the steps to seeing your dreams come true.
We have a personal meeting and fill out a client information sheet that includes the size and style of your home and your desired budget. You can bring a copy of the house plan or idea you would like to build. If you don’t have an architect/draftsman, we have many sample plans you can choose from homes we have built or we have draftsman ready to draw your plan
We do a preliminary budget analysis on the house you have selected. Once we agree on a projected cost, we proceed with the final design of your home.
We finalize your house floor plan, exterior elevations, mechanical requirements, and electrical systems.
Once the house is fully designed, TriDoc reviews a contract price with you that aligns with the last set of drawings. If agreed upon, a contract is drawn by TriDoc
Now the banks get involved. You take the contract to your bank for approval of the construction loan. TriDoc has developed great relationships with area banks that we frequently work with or you can use a bank or your choice.
Once we have loan approval, the construction process is scheduled. First, TriDoc secures all construction permits. Then a timeline for construction phases is established.
A meeting is scheduled to discuss your home’s finishes selections.
Once construction begins, time to completion may vary from 3 to 6 months depending on the size of the house, weather, and other building variables.
